A large two acre garden in a woodland setting, giving a wonderful air of peace and serenity, enhanced by a river with natural waterfalls – which can be quite spectacular! Our many tender and rare plants thrive in this mild, sheltered climate, and allows for a wide variety of planting. This provides continuous interest from March through to October with its beautiful autumn colours. Statuary and five unique locally built bridges add to the interest and enjoyment of this beautiful garden.

Overlooking Dunmanus Bay this 2 acre garden is home to a wide variety of plants. There are collections from both the Northern & Southern Hemisphere.While the east end of the garden is a naturally shaded area with Acers, Rhododendrons,Hostas, Primulas, Tree Ferns and Terrestial Ferns, the sheltered sunny bank between the Fernery and the Sorbus Grove is home to plants from the Southern Hemisphere. The west end has a Mediterranean Garden with Palms, Bananas, Cycas, Agaves, Yuccas, Xanthorhoea, Restios, Puyas, Cannas and other exotica. The garden has featured on radio, Irish and American TV as well as several National and International publications. Unusual plants for sale. (Sorry no dogs.)
